I'm not comfortable sharing my challenges openly
Getting comfortable takes time, and that's expected. Our weekly icebreaker questions naturally make the experience more comfortable, showing that we all face similar struggles. We've seen countless members move from hesitant sharing to deep, transformative connections as trust builds naturally.
What if I'm not as experienced as other members?

A Note from Dru
I joined my first mastermind in 2019 while living in Atlanta. With that group's support, I built Trends.vc, experiencing firsthand what I call "ambient inspiration." The effect of building alongside others who are navigating challenges.
As solo founders, we face similar struggles with growth, self-doubt and managing priorities. What's interesting is how clearly we can see solutions to others' challenges while missing them in our own journey. I saw this when a mastermind member, Ash, helped me pivot Trends.vc's monetization strategy by suggesting radical transparency about our initial attempts.
Talking through challenges activates our brains more than thinking or writing. The accountability of regular group sessions builds momentum. Over several years of running hundreds of mastermind sessions, we've refined what works: optimal group sizes, an interactive structure and attendance standards.
While you could build your own mastermind, most groups fizzle without proper structure and curation. That's why I made Junto - to provide access to the progress and peer group that we struggle to find on our own.
